Why i-Connect
WhatsApp is where Indian customers answer. For many businesses it has also become the riskiest channel they run: numbers blocked after a burst of complaints, leads sitting in a salesperson's personal phone, and people who said “stop” being messaged again because an old spreadsheet was uploaded.
We built i-Connect to make the careful way the easy way. It runs on the Official WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API), on your own number. Consent is recorded and enforced on every message. Your team shares one inbox, so conversations stay with the business. And before anything sends, you see who it will reach and what it should cost.
i-Connect is a product of Layap Infotech Private Limited, a software company incorporated in 2016 and based in Gurgaon, Haryana. We work with each business directly to get its number, templates and team set up properly.

If someone didn't agree to hear from a business, i-Connect won't send them marketing, and nothing in the product can quietly change that.
Honest numbers
Reports come with their definitions, failures with their reasons, and our website with no invented statistics or testimonials.
Your data stays yours
You decide what happens to your contacts' data. We process it only to run the service, and we help you export or erase it.
