Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. If you sign up online, you add a card on Razorpay's secure page to start it. Razorpay checks the card with a ₹5 charge that is refunded automatically; we never see your card number. If our team sets up your account, no card is needed to start.
Nothing is charged during the trial. With a card, your first payment is taken on day 15. Cancel before then in Settings → Plan & billing and you pay nothing.
40% off for businesses that sign up before 31 March 2027: for your first 12 monthly payments, or for your first yearly payment. After that you pay the usual price shown next to it, with no action needed from you.
No. Meta charges for messages directly to your WhatsApp Business Account, at Meta's published rates, through the payment method you add in Meta's tools. i-Connect does not resell messages or add a margin to them.
Before every broadcast, i-Connect shows an estimate of what Meta will charge, so there are no surprises.
Messages your customers send you are free. Meta also gives each phone number 1,000 free service messages a month: the replies you send within 24 hours of a customer's message. Unused ones don't carry over, and Meta charges for each service message after that.
Marketing, utility and authentication messages are charged per message from the first one. If there's no payment method on your account, Meta stops delivering service messages once the 1,000 are used. Meta sets these rules and can change them.
No. Prices are in Indian rupees and GST at 18% is added to each payment. If your business is GST-registered, send your GSTIN to sales@i-connect.world and we'll put it on your invoices.
Teams is priced per team member, with at least 5. Add members from Settings → Plan & billing at any time: they can sign in straight away, and the new number is billed from your next payment.
Yes. Choose another plan in Settings → Plan & billing. To cancel, cancel there: you keep your plan until the end of the period you've paid for, and you aren't charged again. The details are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
You can sign up and set up your team, contacts and templates straight away. Our team reviews new accounts: until then you can't connect a WhatsApp number or send messages, hosted forms stay closed and API keys don't work. It protects every business on the platform from numbers being restricted because of spam.
Yes. Your number and your WhatsApp Business Account stay yours, on Meta's Cloud API. We help you create or connect them.
